Shipping policy

Ceru orders are processed and fulfilled through our Shopify powered online store. Please review the details below before completing your purchase.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days, Tuesday through Sunday.

We aim to prepare your order for shipment as quickly as possible once payment is confirmed.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you with next steps.

Shipping responsibility and fees

Orders within the United States : 

UPS Ground Shipping is free for all orders $100 and over.

For orders under $100, shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All shipping costs are calculated and paid at checkout unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

For orders to Canada and Mexico :

Free shipping is available for orders $750 and over.  

By placing an order, you agree to provide a complete and accurate shipping address and to review shipping options and costs before confirming payment.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe arrival.

Carriers and tracking

Orders are shipped via trusted third party carriers selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

After a package is accepted by the carrier, any delays, routing changes or delivery issues are managed by the carrier. We are always happy to assist with information and support.

Local pickup

When available, you may select local pickup at Ceru during our posted shop hours.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with neighbors or your building manager and contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please document the packaging and item with photos and email us at hello@shopceru.com so we can review together.
